COVID 19 - POTENTIAL DELAYS

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and a reductions in staff members due to current Sydney Lockdown restrictions. Rest assured, we are working hard to process orders as quick as possible. There may be delays on certain products due to the current pandemic situation. Please allow 2 - 3 extra business days for processing and delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We use a range of couriers and postal services depending on your location, type of item and cost. These include freight companies such as Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers.

Shipping Fees & Charges

Free shipping applies to all orders $100 and over. For orders under $100 a flat rate shipping charge is applied. Please see below:

Standard - $7.95 for NSW & ACT / $9.95 for VIC & QLD / $12.95 for SA, WA, NT & TAS

Express - $14.95 for NSW & ACT / $19.95 for VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT & TAS

Once your order has been processed at our warehouse and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation advising you that your order has been dispatched with your tracking details. 

Shipping charges can be calculated in the shopping cart and checkout.

Dispatch & Handling

Orders will dispatch within 1 - 3 business days of the order being placed unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Times

Delivery times within Australia for standard post is 1 to 12 days, express post is 1 - 4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only depending on your delivery area and when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Please ensure that all your delivery details are correct so you can receive your order as soon as possible.
